These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of foufdocslib.com and any services provided by FoufdocsLIB LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (“FoufdocsLIB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FoufdocsLIB provides professional digital marketing, advertising, and SEO consulting services, which may include digital marketing consulting, marketing strategy, SEO consulting and audits, technical and on-page SEO, content strategy, Google Ads/PPC management, social media advertising, conversion optimization, and analytics and tracking setup.

2. Proposals & Scope of Work

Before any paid work begins, FoufdocsLIB will provide a proposal or scope of work describing the specific services, deliverables, estimated timeframe, and price for your project. Work is performed according to the scope agreed in writing (including by email) between FoufdocsLIB and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access (such as to advertising accounts, analytics, or your website) reasonably required for us to perform the agreed services. Delays in providing this access or feedback may affect project timelines.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or scope of work. Pricing is not published on the Site because it depends on project scope; a custom quote is provided after consultation. Payment terms (amount, schedule, and method) will be specified in the proposal or invoice.

5. Advertising Budgets & Third-Party Platforms

Where a project involves paid advertising, any ad spend is separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise, and is typically paid directly to the advertising platform (such as Google or Meta) via the client’s own account and payment method. We are not responsible for the policies, performance, availability, pricing, or outages of third-party platforms we use or recommend on your behalf.

6. No Guaranteed Marketing Results

FoufdocsLIB does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, advertising performance, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activity. We do not provide fake followers, fake reviews, bot or click-farm traffic, guaranteed rankings, negative SEO, or other manipulative or black-hat tactics.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a deliverable, ownership of that specific deliverable (such as a strategy document, ad creative, or report we created for you) transfers to the client, except for FoufdocsLIB’s own pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies, which remain our property. We may reference completed projects generally in our own marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential business information private and to use it only for purposes of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Service Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as described in the applicable proposal or scope of work, or with reasonable written notice where no specific term is stated. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoufdocsLIB’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. FoufdocsLIB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
